What is NEU Jewelry?
NEU Jewelry creates fine, made-to-order pieces designed to become part of your everyday story. Every piece is crafted with precision, quality, and intention.
Where is your jewelry made?
Each piece is made with care and craftsmanship in the USA.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with 14k gold and sterling silver. That said, we can also work with 10k and 18k gold and platinum.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we will do everything we can to make it right.
Orders and Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary, but most orders ship within 2-3 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way!
Do you offer expedited production or shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited production. Expedited shipping options are available, feel free to email us at neujewelry@gmail.com for more info.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and times will vary based on destination.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each piece is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Jewelry Care
Caring for Gold Jewelry:
Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
Caring for Silver Jewelry:
Silver naturally tarnishes over time. To minimize tarnish, store your piece in an airtight container or anti-tarnish pouch. Polish regularly with a silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
Lab Diamonds and Precious Gemstones:
Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for delicate gemstones unless confirmed safe.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
While our pieces are made to last, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in heavy physical activity to prolong its finish and integrity.
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes, we offer repair services on NEU pieces for a fee, depending on the severity of the damage. Clients are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways. Please reach out to neujewelry@gmail.com for an assessment.
Sizing and Adjustments
How do I determine my ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate sizing!
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check your size before ordering, as resizing services may not be possible for every piece. When available, resizing may be offered for an additional fee.
Can you resize a piece after it's made?
Some pieces can be resized depending on the design. Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
